SapientNitro has been tasked to work on Verizon’s digital services since 2012. Sapient and Verizon partnership started with Verizon’s new accessories online store called Gadgets & Gear. I was part of this team as an experience designer that’s tasked to design this responsive, lifestyle based site that is essentially beginning of the Verizon’s new digital approach.
Since early 2013 I have taken many different roles on many different Verizon business channels which includes Verizon Wireless, Fios, Retail, Business and Corporate and help execute desktop, mobile, tablet experiences and widgets.
My latest project with Verizon was redesign of Verizon FiOS Mobile site and content strategy definition. I worked as UX lead on this project.
Verizon brand went through a big change with this design update. The brand became for approachable, and they improved their customer relationship. Here is some strategy work that we worked on for Verizon Concierge Services:
